The  Alfred J. Fisher mansion in Palmer Woods in northwest Detroit is back on the market with a bigger $1.5-million price tag, the Detroit Free Press reports.

JC Reindl of the Freep reports that if someone snatches it up at that price, it would be the biggest house sale in the city in at least a decade. He reports that there's been some interest expressed for a cash deal, but nothing has been been finalized .

The home had gone up for sale in April for $1.2 million, but a foreclosure related lawsuit took it off the market. That's been resolved, the Freep. reports.

Even if you don't want to buy the house, you can buy something related to it.  An estate auction is being held Wednesday afternoon.

Built in the Roaring ’20s, the Tudor Revival-style mansion at 1771 Balmoral Drive has nearly 16,500 square feet, including 15 bedrooms, an indoor swimming pool and extensive outdoor garden, the Freep reports.
