Say hi to your favorite Tiger this weekend (mine is Paws) at TigerFest, the annual baseball hullabaloo at Comerica Park. Tours, Q+A's and autographs are promised.
See it from 11-5 Saturday. Tickets are sold old, though about five dozen still were available on StubHub Saturday morning.

63 Minutes (Of Random Balance) At The DIA
Performance artist Satori Circus visits the DIA this weekend for "an evening of madcap antics, stoic tableau, and familiar narratives that have psychic and topical resonance with our daily lives," according to the DIA's website.
Tickets are free with museum admission. (Museum admission is free to anyone with an ID from Wayne, Macomb or Oakland County!) Performances were Friday night.

Ponyride Prance Party
Ponyride wants your money. The co-working space is fundraising for renovations by hosting a dance party. The building is home to Detroit Denim, the Detroit Empowerment Project and others.
The benefit event was Friday night.

I Am Young Detroit's 5th Birthday Party
I Am Young Detroit, an organization that helps Detroit's entrepreneurs, will celebrate its fifth birthday with a party full of food, music and a pop-up shop.

Visit The Bat Zone
Cranbrook has a building just for bats. Located behind the main Cranbrook digs, the Bat Zone is home to over 150 rescued and injured bats.

Grab a drink at Great Lakes Coffee this weekend and check out photographs by Nick Hagan. The series looks at something integral to metro Detroit's identity -- suburbia -- and hopes to "bring interest out of the boring and inspire reflection concerning the role of mundanity within suburbia."
