The principal photographer for “The First 48” reality TV show pleaded no contest Thursday to obstruction of justice in the investigation into the death of Aiyana Stanley-Jones.
Under terms of the agreement with the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office, a perjury count against Allison Howard was dismissed, reports Elisha Anderson in the Free Press.
Howard, who lives in Massachusetts, would receive 18-24 months of probation under the sentence agreement.
There is a fine of $2,000 with up to 200 hours of community service, and she needs permission to leave the country but can travel throughout the U.S., Wayne County Circuit Judge Cynthia Gray Hathaway said.
