The Farmington Hills Police are increasing school patrols on Monday, the result of a stranger who may have tried to abduct a child, WDIV reports.

On Friday, a man about 6-feet tall, approached an 8-year-old boy at a school bus stop and asked him to get into his white, four-door car, WDIV reports. The boy kept walking and made it home safely.
