The Michigan Strategic Fund approved $5.69 million in loans this week to redevelop Midtown's Standard Accident Insurance building, next to Masonic Temple.

The eight-story building on Temple Street will be . . .? Anyone have a guess?

Curbed Detroit reports upgrades to the 1920 building opposite Cass Park will be led by McIntosh Poris Architects, the same firm that did the Foundation Hotel project.
