Detroit is seeing a slow drip of new coffee shops.
The latest: Ashe Supply Co., which opened its first shop on Broadway in downtown Detroit in early 2016, has quietly opened a second place at 225 Joseph Campau in the Rivertown Warehouse District, reports Brenna Houck of Eater Detroit.
Owner AJ Nichols says the new place is outfitted with better equipment than Ashe’s original location for improved consistency. Ashe is also introducing nitro coffee to its lineup of drinks in Rivertown. It should be on tap within the next week or so.
