Just as the new school year starts, Ann Arbor police were busy responding to several vicious assaults, according to Fox 2 Detroit.

Elliot Fink was hanging out with his friends when a fight broke out in a parking lot below their apartment building. They captured the entire incident on a cell phone.

The video is dark, but you can still see several women throwing a trash can at a 45-year-old pizza restaurant worker. They also hit him with a broom, and shovel and then he hits back. Two women were arrested in the incident.

In another incident, witnesses say some young men  approached a frat house on S. State Street with the intention of robbing it. They never made it inside after they were met resistance at the door. A fight erupted on the lawn, and one fraternity member suffered serious eye injuries.
