
Birmingham-based Gas Station TV will bring more than 80 employees to the Kresge building in downtown Detroit that is owned by Dan Gilbert, Crain's Detroit Business reports.
The company will take over 15,000 square feet over three floors in the building on Woodward Avenue and State Street, according to a news release from Bedrock Real Estate Services LLC, Crain's Kirk Pinho reports.
“Our all-new modern workspace in this thriving environment is exciting for our current team and will allow us to attract even more top talent,” said David Leider, CEO of Gas Station TV, in the release.
