Bob Bashara is back in court Tuesday because he'd like to get a new lawyer before he's tried for allegedly murdering his wife.
WDIV: Bashara says he isn’t getting case information in a timely manner and has put together a list of possible attorneys he would consider to replace his current counsel. He’ll present it to Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Vonda Evans during the hearing.
Jane Bashara was found strangled on Jan. 25, 2012, inside her SUV that was parked in a Detroit alley, a few miles from the couple's home.
Bashara's one-time handyman Joseph Gentz pleaded guilty to strangling Jane Bashara in 2012. Gentz claimed he was acting on Bashara's orders.
