Bond Denied: 5 Teens Charged with Dropping Rock from Overpass Face Murder Charges

A deadly action is having big consequences. 

Genesee County District Judge William Crawford denied bond Tuesday for five teens charged with dropping a rock from a highway overpass that struck and killed motorist Ken White, 32, last week on I-75, reports Mike Martindale of The Detroit News.

These defendants, all Clio HIgh School students,  were arraigned on second-degree murder and other charges: Kyle Anger, 17; Mark Sekelsky, 16; Mikadyn Payne, 16; Alexzander Miller, 15; and Trevor Gray, 15.

A preliminary hearing is Nov. 2.

White, a construction worker, was the father of a five-year-old boy.
