Anyone who grew up in Detroit and then moved away for any length of time knows that Paczki Day isn't quite the same in other cities. Such is the struggle of Top Chef winner Mei Lin. The Dearborn native, come Los Angeles resident begged friend and fellow Season 12 alum James Rigato for some paczki.
