Cold Case: What Happened To Paige Renkoski in 1990?

Police hope a new effort will bring at least one useful tip in an old case, as Tara Edwards reports bfor WXYZ.

The 30-year-old woman's empty car was running and her purse was inside.

Investigators hope a billboard may lead to answers in the cold case of missing Paige Renkoski.
Exactly 23 years ago, on March 24, Renkoski disappeared.

In 1990, her car was discovered along westbound I-96 near the Fowlerville exit.  The engine in her car was still running and the 30-year-old’s shoes and purse were still inside. . . .

Now, investigators plan to put up a billboard near Chilson Road along I-96 to jog people’s memory of the case.

A local attorney is paying for the roadside display, which also will show the faces of three cold case homicide victims in Livingston County.
