Complimenti, Mazel Tov, Congrats: Verlander and Upton Tie the Knot in Italy

After scoring his first World Series ring of his career, ex-Tigers ace Justin Verlander topped it off by marrying model Kate Upton in Italy's Tuscany region of Italy. He's 34 and she's 25.

The couple wed at an old church at the Rosewood Castiglion Del Bosco resort in Montalcino before a small party with close friends and relatives, TMZ reports.

Verlander missed Houston's championship parade Friday to head with Upton to Italy after Game 7 against Los Angeles.
