A Dearborn Heights teen was found dead Sunday night in a pond on the Central Michigan University campus in Mt. Pleasant, WWJ reports.
Authorities identified the teen as Michael Anthony Harnett, 18. He had been visiting friends on campus, police said, according to WWJ.
CMU officials say Hartnett’s father said his son was an insulin-dependent diabetic, WWJ reported. An autopsy is slated for Monday.
Reports say that foul play is not suspected.
