The early Sunday morning incident, which occurred in the Taiga Hookah Lounge parking lot on Greenfield Road near West Warren Avenue, stemmed from an altercation that began inside, police said. According to Fox 2, Shitawi is accused of knifing four Dearborn men, aged 25-32, and a 29-year-old Shelby Township woman.
