Detroit compnay VisionBoards.co won the Global Startup Battle this week against competitors from 80 countries.

VisionBoards.co is a Pinterest-like site that allows users to gather text and images to one board. Users can then save or print their creations.

Cofounders Stephanie Dionne and Natalia Petraszczuk image their product being used for motivation and goal reaching, according to their website.

The pair have been working out of Grand Circus in downtown Detroit since last month when they won Detroit Startup Weekend, a city-wide version of the contest.

According to Crain's:

Now that the competition is over, Dionne said they plan to launch a VisionBoards.co Early Adopter Program by mid-January; it will be a beta-platform for individuals, companies and athletic teams to test the Web app and create their own vision boards.
