Detroit cop Clifford Guillon was sentenced Tuesday in Macomb County Circuit Court to 3 1/2 to 10 years in prison for firing shots at a Ray Township home where his wife was a caregiver for a resident, the Detroit Free Press reports. No one was hurt in what was described as a drive-by shooting.

Gullion, 32, of Ray Township, pleaded no contest in Macomb County Circuit Court in July to two counts each of discharging a firearm in or at a building and felony firearms offenses in connection with the April incident, Christina Hall of the Freep reports. Guillon was on medical leave at the time of the shooting.

Guillon was allegedly retaliating after his wife had a dispute with the husband in the home, the Free Press reports.
