Detroit cops received 10% less in their paychecks on Friday even though a Wayne County Circuit judge had issued a temporary restraining order earlier this month to block the city-imposed wage cuts that slashed the pay.

A police spokeswoman said the order came too late for the payroll processing to be changed. 

It is unclear when police officers will get the missing pay and payroll will be corrected in time for the next payday, Sept. 7.
