A lucky little break and a good tasting product have helped Chloe Sabatier, owner of Detroit-based Chez Chloe, get her mini chocolate cakes with a molten, lava-like center, on Air France flights from Detroit to Paris.
Laura Cassar of Crain's Detroit Business reports the deal came to be after Sabatier, who was born in Paris, started talking to a French-speaking man at a farmers market in Plymouth last fall.
He worked for Air France, and she told them how great her product would be on the flights, Crain's reports.
