- Fisher Mansion: $1,250,000. 670 W Boston Blvd.
- West Canfield house: $755,000. 627 W Canfield St.
- Indian Village mansion: $700,000. 2240 Seminole St.
- Palmer Woods home: $700,000. 19344 Cumberland Way.
