A Detroit woman is contending with a bum leg and inoperable vehicle after someone stole its steering wheel from right in her driveway, WXYZ reports.
The incident was caught on a Ring camera on the woman's home near Schoolcraft and Evergreen. It shows a man shatter her window to gain access to the wheel and yank it out in under 23 seconds.
The suspect is then seen speeding off in a white Dodge Magnum with a dark stripe down the center of the rear.

The woman is seeking $10,000 to cover medical expenses via a GoFundMe. She tells WXYZ-TV she fell down the stairs and hurt her leg as she tried to stop the suspect
