Authorities charge Stuart Horatio Lewis, a 49-year-old Detroiter with threatening terrorism for allegedly spray painting “Kill All Police” and “Kill James Craig on a west-side commercial building.
He also faces charges of possession with Intent to deliver marijuana and malicious destruction of a building, the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office said Monday.
The spray painting appeared Oct. 20 in the 200 block of West State Fair.
