Tis the season.

An altercation between two people at a Toys R U in Flint Township on Monday around 5:30 p.m. spilled over into the parking lot and ended with one of the people being shot in the leg, Molly Young of MLive report. The victim, 25, was located after the shooting across street in the parking lot of Sears. He was treated at a hospital and released.

Multiple police officers responded to the scene, and a large large section of the parking lot outside the store, at 3250 S. Linden Road, was marked off with police tape, MLive reports.

Two people were arrested.

The suspected shooter, 18, was arrested at his home where police found two handguns, at least one of which was confirmed stolen, MLive reports. A woman, 21, turned herself in for being an accessory after the fact to a felony.
