Fox2 reports that a man in a Dodge Ram pick-up truck hit a 10-year-old boy Sunday afternoon on the city's near northeast side while he was taking out the garbarge. He died.
Fox2 reports that truck dragged the boy down the street and took off.
The driver was described as a white male, approximately 30-40 years old with a mustache, Fox2 reported.
