The burger has long been a main staple in America, a favorite among many adult and kids, mass produced at joints like McDonald's  and hand-formed at beer and shot joints and some of the best steakhouses in the land. Some are made from ground chuck or sirloin and served up medium rare, medium well or very well done.

They're best served up with fries or chips or onion rings and condiments.
