You've probably never heard of 44-year-old Francis Sharrak of Farmington Hills, but chances are your email box spam folder received one his many messages advertising adult businesses. The government said Sharrak, who owns a handful of stripclubs including Dearborn's Pantheon Club, made millions marketing adult websites through spam and didn't pay his taxes. So now he'll go to jail.
GMail accounts everywhere are no doubt grateful to the U.S. Attorney's office for pursuing this case. -- JW
