Two down, one to go.

Robert Snell of the Detroit News reports that federal agents have captured two of the three missing fez-wearing drug dealers, including kingpin Carlos Powell, who vanished last month on the day that guilty verdicts were read in their drug trial in downtown Detroit.

Snell reports that Powell was captured in Missouri late Wednesday in Missouri with a firearm and a large amount of cash. His brother Eric Powell was nabbed near Atlanta with a large amount of money.

The third fugitive in the case Earnest Proge, 38, remains at large, the News reported.
