Ferndale Police Chief Tim Collins says the "creep factor" in this is pretty pretty high.
He says his department busted a Peeping Tom this week -- Hamtramck High teacher Gerald Gresham, who's accused of spying on his 32-year-old principal and videotaping her through a window in her home. Both live in Ferndale.
"It is not something that you see every day. I mean, this is an individual that was for the lack of a better term creepy," Collins told Fox 2.
A person taking a walk spotted him around 11 p.m., the station reports. Gresham is charged with eavesdropping, a felony punishable by up to two years in prison.
Fox 2 rsays Gresham had asked the principal out several times, but had no luck.
