Who would have thought a 1-8 record would be something to celebrate.

Well, when the 1 is the first victory of the season, that's reason enough to pop open a Bud and smile.

The Pistons beat the Philadelphia 76ers in Philly on Wednesday night by a score of 94-76.

Rookie Kyle Singler scored 16 points in 40 minutes.  Greg Monroe had 19 points and 18 rebounds and Brandon Knight chalked up 15 points.

Now can we see a second victory, sooner than later?
