Flint Mayor on Hillary Clinton: 'We Have Been In Constant Communication'

Hillary Clinton is expected to get a nice shout out from Flint Mayor Karent Weaver during the Democratic National Convention in Philly this week.

Weaver, who is slated to deliver a speech on Wednesday, tells Jonathan Oosting of the Detroit News that Clinton has not forgotten about Flint's water crisis.

“We have been in constant communication, and that’s one of the things I’m proud to talk about,” Weaver told The Detroit News. “We have been in communication on almost a weekly basis, if not more. She has not gone away. We have been on her heart and mind.”
