If anyone has views about dining out worth reading, it's veteran local food writer Molly Abraham.

In The Social D, run by Chuck Bennett, she lists 10 dos and don'ts about dining.

Here's some:

  1. Never eat on the tops of tall buildings.
  2. Avoid dishes that are set on fire at tableside.
  3. Don’t order the Caesar salad if the menu spells it Ceaser.
  4. Run for the exit if you spot the chef smoking a cigar.
  5. Sit at the bar. It’s much more entertaining than that table in the corner. Exception to the rule: your anniversary.
  6. Always leave a tip, even if the service wasn’t the greatest.

See the rest here.
