
The suburbs of Bloomfield Hills and Bloomfield Township are not typically places where shootings happen.
But here it is, the second shooting since late April.
The first one involved attorney David Zacks, who was shot multiple times and wounded on April 30 during a botched robbery at his Bloomfield Hills home. Ended up, a woman, who was a topless dancer, was behind the robbery and had met Zacks at a topless club. He has since recovered.
Now, Dustin Blitchok of t he Oakland Press reports that an 18-year-old was hurt early Saturday after shots were fired into a Bloomfield Township home around 1:23 a.m. on Shaker Heights Drive, near South Boulevard and Squirrel Road.
The paper reported that police said the teen sustained undisclosed injuries.
The paper reported that “currently pursuing all available leads” in the case. -- Allan Lengel
