Ingham County Judge Joyce Draganchuk basically told state Rep. and Matty Moroun puppet Fred Durhal (D-Det) to go away, ruling that Durhal lacked standing to block the new Detroit-Windsor bridge in court.

Detroit Free Press: [Durhal] said part of his argument was that it was wrong for Snyder to go around the Legislature to approve a deal with Canada to build the New International Trade Crossing between Detroit and Windsor. Therefore, any state legislator should have standing to bring the challenge, he said.

Durhal sued in April after Snyder signed an agreement with Canada to build the bridge in May of 2012. Durhal said Draganchuk dismissed the suit two weeks ago.

Durhal is also running for mayor but increasingly looks like the kind of candidate who finishes sixth in a five-person race.

Is it fair to call him a Moroun puppet? Considering Moroun has donated some $7,000 Durhal's campaign fund and that Durhal's lawyer in this case happens to be Moroun attorney Godfrey Dillard, yes. It's absolutely fair to call Durhal a Moroun puppet.
