Registering for college classes can be frustrating. But there are obviously limits to displaying that frustration.

Maryam Ansari was arrested last Friday while trying to register her son for classes at  Wayne Community College's Fort Street campus in downtown Detroit, Erika Erickson of Fox 2 reports. She threatened to blow up the building after she was told her son would have to come back Monday.

She was arraigned Tuesday, accused of threatening to blow up the building. She also faces a concealed gun violation in a weapons-free zone and a felony firearm charge.. Bond is $100,000.

"When she was told the kid would have to come back Monday, she got irate," Wayne County Sheriff Benny Napoleon tells Fox 2. 

She tried to get away, but authorities found her and discovered that she had a pocket knife, pepper spray and a loaded 25-caliber pistol stolen in San Jose, Calif.
