Kennedy Russell, 16, of Milford launched her creative cake business during the pandemic. Now she's making up to seven cakes a week out of her family's home kitchen for her business, Kennedy's Confections.

She started making cakes three years ago to raise money for a class trip. "It’s definitely an eye-opener seeing how much I can do what I’m actually capable of," Russell tells Fox 2.
