Gary Brown To Announce Plans At 4PM

Reports surfaced last Friday that Detroit City Councilman Gary Brown was going to resign to be deputy Emergency Manager under EM Kevyn Orr. However, Brown has been mum about his plans until this morning when he announced on Facebook that he'll make an announcement at 4:00 PM this afternoon about "whether I will continue serving on Detroit City Council or resign."

Until then, he's keeping quiet.
