Ever get screwed by a real estate agent? Well, this case is a little different.
Grosse Pointe realtor Scott Adlhoch of Adlhoch and Associates, Realtors is accused of having sex with a married woman in several homes he had listed for sale, reports Jim Kiertzner of WXYZ. A nine-member state board approves a one- month suspension of his license for violating the profession's ethics code.
A complaint was initially filed with the state against him by the woman's jilted husband. The Michigan Attorney General followed up with a formal complaint documenting almost two full years of using his clients’ homes for, “sexual acts without the permission or knowledge of his homeowners," Kiertzner reports.
One client says she believes Adlhoch priced her home high to keep it on the market longer and available to him. She said he kept the heat up, she believes to keep it warm and cozy.
