Guilty! D'Andre Lane Convicted in Death of 2-Year-Old Daughter Bianca Jones

A Wayne County Circuit jury found D'Andre Lane guilty today in the murder of his 2-year-old daughter Bianca Jones, whose body has remained missing since her disappearance on Dec. 2, WXYZ reported.

He is set to be sentenced Nov. 16.

During trial, prosecutors described Lane as a manipulative child abuser who killed Bianca while disciplining her, WXYZ reported. They tried to portray him as being obsessed about toilet training.

Authorities claimed that Lane tried to cover up the murder by falsely reporting that someone had carjacked his car with his daughter in the back seat.
