Family friendly fun: Arts and crafts, face painting and vintage games are on the agenda from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the conservatory and aquarium.
Souvenirs: The conservatory will be selling limited edition T-shirts and coffee mugs.
Meet and greet: From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., meet Belle Isle park staff in an open house at the Flynn Pavilion.
Kayaking, yoga and more: The anniversary celebration is part of the larger Belle Isle Summer Saturday events on the island. Activities include yoga from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the conservatory, dance lessons from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. near the Flynn Pavilion and kayaking from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Belle Isle Beach.
