Welcome to America 2016.

After a heated presidential campaign, it's not particularly shocking something like this would happen.

Two female voters on Tuesday, one for Hillary Clinton, the other for Donald Trump, got into argument after voting at the Moose Lodge 782 in Ypsilanti. A man intervened in the dispute and pushed one of the woman to the ground, reports Katrease Stafford of the Detroit Free Press and WHAS-TV.

It was not immediately clear whether he pushed the Clinton or Trump supporter down.

The incident happened just outside the polling station, the report says.

The report says that Washtenaw County Sheriff's deputies de-escalated the situation and got the names of the people involved. There were no arrests and the matter has been forwarded to the county prosecutor.
