Road rage. Who hasn't gotten mad when driving? Luckily, most folks don't carry a gun.
Martin Zale, 69, of Howell did.
He's accused of murder in connection with the road rage case in Genoa Township this week, WWJ reports.
Zale is charged with fatally shooting Derek Flemming, a 43-year-old father of two who was on his way to pick up his children from the first day of school at about 3:30 Tuesday afternoon, WWJ reports. Flemming reportedly walked up to Zale's pickup truck to confront him about his erratic driving when Zale allegedly shot him.
