A trial will resume Tuesday morning in Howell for Raulie Casteel, who is accused of randomly shooting at motorists on I-96 back in 2012.

WDIV: On Thursday, Loriann Arthur identified Casteel as the man who shot her vehicle as he passed her in Ingham County in October 2012. She says she saw Casteel laughing.

Casteel's lawyer has said his client wasn't trying to hurt anyone.

Casteel is alleged to have fired randomly at traffic on at least two dozen occasions. He pleaded no contest to related charges in Oakland County late last year and is awaiting sentencing there.

Casteel's lawyer has painted his clients as a troubled person who did not intend to hurt anyone.
