The  Albert Kahn-designed Detroit Trust Co. Building at 201 W. Fort St. in downtown Detroit, owned by Comerica Bank, is on the market, reports Kirk Pinho of Crain's Detroit Business reports. It was built in 1915.

The building has a first-floor branch of Comerica, a descendant of the Detroit Trust Co. The second and third floors have vacant office space. (A short history of the landmark is here.)

There is no asking price for the building, was put up for sale last month. Comerica moved its headquarters from Detroit to Dallas in 2007.
