Lions announce new coach on official website.
Well, here we go again.
The Lions have a new coach, Jim Caldwell, the former Baltimore Ravens Offensive Coordinator, WXYZ reported.
Let's hope this coach works out better than Jim Schwartz, the guy who will be remembered best for his little meltdown with San Francisco coach Jim Harbaugh after a game.
WXYZ reports that Caldwell was head coach of the Colts from 2009-2011, and won Super Bowl XLI working with Peyton Manning as the Colts quarterbacks coach. As head coach, he led the Colts to a 14-0 season in 2009. -- Allan Lengel
