But lawyers have the prospective jurors' questionaires and they will ask U.S. District Judge Nancy Edmunds to remove some from the pool if they feel they are biased one way or another.
Trial is set to begin next month for Kilpatrick, his father Bernard Kilpatrick, his buddy Bobby Ferguson and former water department head Victor Mercado.
