Jack White Makes the Detroit Restaurant Scene These Days

OK, so Detroit is a little star-starved compared to towns like New York, Los Angeles, Miami, D.C. and Chicago.

So when someone of note shows up to a local restaurant, it often makes news somewhere in the cyberworld.

Musician Jack White dines out in Detroit regularly these days, Brenna Houck writes at Eater Detroit. The former White Stripes frontman was at El Barzon in Southwest Detroit on Saturday night. 

The restaurant posts a photo of White and owner-chef Norberto Garita on its Facebook page.
