Jack White
Musician Jack White, not particularly known for athletic prowess on the pitcher's mound, will get a chance to test those skills next week.
A tweet on Third Man Records, the record label White founded in 2001, says he'll throw out the ceremonial pitch at the White Sox-Tigers game at Comerica this Tuesday. The game begins at 7:08 p.m.
White is scheduled to perform the night before at the Fox Theater.
White, 39, is a native Detroiter.
