Jim Minick
The Jim Harbaugh regime could probably do without something like this.
Erika Erickson of Fox 2 reports that Jim Minick has been suspended indefinitely from his duties as the University of Michigan's director of football operations.
The station reports that Minick, 51, was arrested for DUI in Pittsfield Twp. on Saturday around 2:30 a.m. Police say he was arrested at Airport Blvd. and State Street.
Jim Harbaugh released a statement Wednesday night:
Fox 2 News Headlines"Jim Minick made a regrettable decision last week and was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Jim makes no excuses, regrets this decision and understands the consequences for his actions. Due to the serious nature of this event, Jim Minick has been suspended indefinitely and we ask for your understanding while we address the situation."
