
The seesaw legal battle over pay cuts to members of the Detroit police and fire departments pay by 10 percent continues.
On Wednesday, Ingham County Judge Paula Manderfield put an end to the cuts, at least until the time being.
The Detroit News reports that she struck down two sections of of the city's consent agreement with the state, saying they violated the emergency manager law, the Detroit News reports.
The litigation over the matter is expected to continue.
