Ex-Michigan Reps. Todd Courser and Cindy Gamrat no longer smiling.

If you had to guess who was really involved in more b.s., Todd Courser or Cindy Gamrat, you'd have to point to Courser.

That's how a judge feels, apparently.

Lansing District Judge Hugh Clarke Jr.  tossed the charges against the former state lawmaker, Gamrat, saying Tuesday that there isn't enough probable cause to face felony misconduct in office charges, WDIV reports. But Courser was a different story.

The former state representative will go to trial on two of four counts. Two of the counts are tossed.

You likely recall that Courser is the alleged mastermind behind a plan to spread a rumor in Lansing that he had a sexual encounter with a male prostitute, all to cover up an extramarital affair with Gamrat. .

Courser resigned last September, just before he was about to be expelled by his felllow lawmakers. Gamrat was expelled.
